Ledgr

Terms of Service

1. Who you are agreeing with

Ledgr is operated by Nexflow AI Labs, a sole proprietorship registered in India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use Ledgr for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google. Keeping that Google account secure is your responsibility, because anyone who controls it controls your Ledgr data. Tell us at once if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You are responsible for anything done through your account, and for anyone you invite into a workspace you own.

4. What Ledgr is — and is not

Ledgr reads your documents using a combination of ordinary parsing and AI models. Both can misread a figure, miss a row, or file a transaction under the wrong category. We have designed the product to surface its own uncertainty — a low-confidence item is put in front of you for review rather than filed quietly, and totals are checked against any total the document itself states — but you remain responsible for verifying anything you rely on, particularly before submitting figures to a tax authority, a lender, an auditor or an investor.

We do not connect to your bank, we cannot move money, and we do not execute transactions of any kind.

5. Your content

Your documents and the data in them remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to run the service: to store your files, process them to extract transactions, and display them back to you and to anyone you deliberately share them with.

That permission ends when you delete the content or close your account. We do not use your financial documents to train AI models, and we do not licence your content to anyone else.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload — do not put someone else’s financial records into Ledgr without their permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend an account that does these things. Where the issue is fixable, we will tell you what is wrong first.

7. Sharing documents

A share link lets anyone holding it view one document without signing in. You choose when to create one and when to revoke it. What happens after you send a link to somebody is outside our control, so share deliberately.

8. Plans, trials and billing

Ledgr has a free plan and a paid plan. Current prices and limits are shown in the app before you are charged.

Refunds and cancellation are covered in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Ledgr running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take it down for maintenance, and the third parties we depend on can fail. We will not remove a feature you are paying for without notice.

10. Service provided “as is”

To the extent the law allows, Ledgr is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that extraction will be accurate, that categorisation will be correct, or that the service will meet your particular requirements.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or loss arising from your reliance on figures produced by Ledgr without checking them.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ₹1,000.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

12. Your own backups

We keep backups, but you should keep your original documents. Do not treat Ledgr as the only copy of a record you would be unable to replace.

13. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what we then delete. We may terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, and will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data unless the breach makes that inappropriate.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Ledgr after that means you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before starting proceedings, please write to us — most problems are faster to fix than to litigate.
