Refunds & Cancellation

Ledgr is a subscription. You can cancel whenever you like, and there is a free trial precisely so you can find out whether it works for you before any money changes hands.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time from your account settings. No email, no phone call, no retention script.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Cancelling during a free trial means you are never charged at all.

Refunds

• Within 7 days of your first payment, write to us and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
• Charged by mistake? If you were billed after cancelling, or charged twice, we refund it in full whenever you tell us.
• Extended outage. If Ledgr was substantially unavailable for a prolonged period during a paid month, tell us and we will refund that month.
• Otherwise, renewals are generally not refunded part-way through a period — but if something has genuinely gone wrong, write to us and explain. We would rather resolve it than have you out of pocket and annoyed.

How to request one

Email hello@nexflowailabs.com from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the payment. We aim to reply within 2 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back through Razorpay to the original payment method. Once we initiate it, the money typically reaches you in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer — that part is outside our control.

Free plan

The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using it or delete your account at any time.
