Ledgr

What Ledgr does

You upload a document you already have — a bank statement exported from your bank, a PDF invoice, a spreadsheet, or a photograph of a paper receipt. Ledgr reads it, extracts each individual transaction, assigns each one to a spending category, and checks that the total it calculated matches any total printed on the document itself.

The result is a categorised ledger of your income and expenses that you can filter by date, review, correct, and keep the original documents alongside as proof.

Its main features

How Ledgr uses your Google account

When you sign in with Google, Ledgr requests exactly three things:

Ledgr requests no other Google data. It has no access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, Photos or any other Google service, and it does not read, send or store anything from them. It does not receive your Google password. This data is used solely to operate your Ledgr account and is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train any AI model.
